Tolly for Toledo · last updated 23 October 2026

Tolly is an unofficial app for KU Leuven’s Toledo, made by Bueezi (hello@tolly.be). Your data stays on your phone and goes only to KU Leuven’s services. Tolly has no server of its own, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

Signing in

You sign in on KU Leuven’s own login page. Tolly never sees your password. It keeps only KU Leuven’s session cookies, encrypted on your phone, and deletes them when you sign out.

On your phone

Tolly stores what you’ve opened in Toledo, your downloads, your name, e-mail address and student number, your timetable link from KU Loket, your settings, and a short log for fixing bugs (never with your password or session). Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes all of it.

Where your data goes

Only to the services you’d otherwise use in a browser: Toledo, KU Leuven’s login and KU Loket, the TimeEdit timetable, KU Leuven’s livestreams and Kaltura for recordings, and Outlook on the web in the Mail tab. Their own privacy policies cover what happens there. Tolly shares nothing with anyone else.

Feedback

Feedback opens a mail to me in the Mail tab, with the app’s log attached unless you turn it off. Nothing is sent until you send it. I use it only to answer you and fix the problem, and delete it afterwards. A GitHub issue is public instead, and never includes the log.

Changes and contact

Changes to this policy appear here with a new date. Questions about your data: hello@tolly.be.
